Mortal

I know I’m kinda late but I’m going to catch up on the episodes. I think Mortal was a great episode, I was really happy to see Clark get what he wants, which is to have a Mortal life. He gets the girl, Lana, and he gets to fight with Lex, which is also cool. I think he loves being normal, that is what he always wanted. the writers did and ultimate job by giving Clark a chance to be human this season. And you know you always wanted to see Clark and Lex fight. One of the best things the writers did was have that fight between Lex and Clark. If you notice Lex didn’t want to punch Clark for fear of what would happen, but he had to test Clark out for himself so he gave him a whack.
It was also definitely cool to see Clark ‘cowboy up’ and protect his girl and his family, showing he is a true hero with or without “special abilitiesâ€. I enjoyed this episode it hit home for me. These writers are awesome. Oh yeah, Clark and Lana did the deed so it was nice to see them get together because they’ve love each other for awhile. It was special.
So here are some more comments about this episode.
Lex
I love the fact that Lex is showing his dirty side. It seems like he’s not caring who he hurts and how evil he’s getting. Like I said in my Arrival post, I think we’ll see a dirtier version of Lex this season.
Lionel
That guys was always dirty and will remain dirty ‘nuff’ said.
Clark
I like the fact that Clark gets a chance to be normal and the fact that he’s not scared of Lex. You have to have some balls to punch a Luthor without any “special abilities†to protect you or your family.
Chloe
Chloe is loving that she is the only one who knows Clark’s secret you can see it because she mentions it every chance she gets.
Lana
Is she hotter this season?
Lois
Is she hotter this season?
Holla Back!!
P.S. Check out Krytonsite, they have some cool pics (this is where I got the posted pic), interviews, information about the show, etc.
Maybe you guys can settle an agruement. Isn’t Senator Jack Jennings who was in the last episode from the Duke of Hazzards. Thats why the writer put in all that corny driving and discussion of the “good ole day”
